Pelican Stone Diagnostics was founded in the Dallas–Fort Worth area after our founders spent years working as collectors and trainers in the DOT drug testing industry. What they saw repeatedly: collectors who weren't properly trained, collections that had fatal flaws, and employers who didn't find out until an audit.
